“ Nous avons passé un excellent réveillon de la Saint Sylvestre dans un cadre feutré, intimiste tout en étant chaleureux. Le service professionnel, efficace et minuté pour se caler sur le rythme de cette soirée particulière. Les différents plats à la présentation soignée avec un choix de vaisselle recherché ont été une explosion de saveurs. L'accord mets vins choisi judicieusement. Excellente adresse. ”

Très bon timing sur l’ensemble du repas La salle est simplement et joliment décorée, la disposition des tables permet de conserver une certaine intimité Les saint-Jacques étaient délicieuses, le croque monsieur à la truffe a eu son petit effet, croquettes de daurade et bar mettent en appétit. Les viandes (bœuf et veau) étaient goûteuses et la cuisson très bien maîtrisée. Les portions sont généreuses, les jus et sauces apportent un vrai plus. Seul petit bémol : le comté 18 mois « revisité » que je n’ai pas apprécié comme le reste. ”

I don't understand why this one isn't the fourth Michelin Starred restaurant in Lille, as it 100% deserve it, given the level of cuisine, products, and overall quality. Perfectly cooked Deer filet mignon, with confit salsify, braised shallots & roasted potatoes. Young roasted leeks, with leeks fondue, crispy shallots, Madagascar Baeri caviar. 18months old Comté, treated as Saint Marcellin with horseraddish leaves, burnt lemon. Everything was perfect, from start to finish, and again, with an absolutely great service. 100% recommend and would definitely go again. ”
